I've had these models sitting unpainted for a very long time. So long so that they were quite poorly built (I am a lot better now!), but that's fine. I'm chuffed with the paintjob though.

My Cathumineth army had it's first outing today against my brother's Seraphon! Sadly it was a loss for me but only by a few points! Absolute blast though! They're such a fun army to play! Don't mind all the unpainted terrain and junk...

Anyway, here's some little guys from this months set!

I love teaching games, and they CAN be hard to understand. There’s fiddly details about rules, or sometimes things are poorly written, I get it!
But sometimes it’s more like:
“How do I equip a guy?”
“Did you read the ‘Equipping a guy’ section?”
“No, why?”
And occasionally that’s tiring lol

You know, it baffles me how some people don’t seem to want to read or even look up rules themself
Not everyone is going to love to read rules like I do, but so many times it feels like people ask questions that are pretty clearly laid out if they would just pick up the rulebook for ten minutes

Although I will say, the last guy I fought was using a straight broken unit (The Golden King of Abrakhan, idk how that one went to print lol) AND what I’m pretty sure was an illegal list (over points by like 20~)
If it was one or the other it’d be fine, but both chaps my lips just a little bit lol

As expected I came dead last, but I learned a lot and had a lot of fun, so that counts as a win! I look forward to playing more (and adjusting my list to be a bit better lol)
