I've found the algorithm to be a bit better too. It suggests some really fun user-made playlists, and discovering new music is a big part of why I use a streaming platform at all

Definitely participate in Bandcamp Fridays and buy merch etc to support small artists when you can! And in the meantime let's at least not support the worst companies possible lol

We switched to Tidal, though I can absolutely understand why people might not trust it. Qobuz is a great option, but didn't have a lot of my library. And at the end of the day, a platform where you can stream tons of music for a low fee is never truly going to be ethically built 😔

For sure! And honestly the default settings are nuts even for people without any issues... You can't see SHIT in raids and I didn't realize you could resolve that until I was well into the game 😅 Like. Why.

It's definitely a very flashy and visually busy game and it sucks that they're just like "oh well" about it. I've never finished the Nier raids because the last might give me a seizure or at least a migraine and I don't want to risk finding out (or getting a mod that could fail)

Yeah it hasn't gotten better - DT has an area that's really bad for people w/ photosensitivity and even gave some people without headaches (I think they wanted to show off their new lighting :/) and I've heard of some colorblindness/contrast issues in EX content.

the fact theyre this strict and thought only 100 people would need to be accommodated is soo out of touch
