personally i think when communicating with businesses like The Card Companies you're better off roleplaying a frustrated customer who wants to spend money. you are just a normal fuckin guy and who are they to tell you how to spend your money? it's a free country. you're an adult with income.

prioritizing making my own things, whether its adult work or not, has massively helped my relationship with art and w myself and it just sucks that unless youre working for a huge company who overworks and dgaf about you, youre mostly left to fight for scraps while ppl also throw rocks at you
