नयाँ वर्ष २०८२ को पावन अवसरमा, म नेपालस्थित युरोपेली संघको तर्फबाट सम्पूर्ण नेपाली जनताप्रति सुस्वास्थ्य, शान्ति, समृद्धि र प्रगतिको हार्दिक शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दछु। युरोपेली संघ र नेपालबीचको लामो र सुदृढ सम्बन्ध आपसी विश्वास, सम्मान र साझेदारीतामा आधारित छ। हामी आगामी दिनहरूमा यो सहकार्यलाई अझ मजबुत बनाउँदै, समावेशी र दिगो भविष्यतर्फ सँगै अघि बढ्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्दछौं।
