A lovely late Roman Knife Handle found at Bifrons Anglo-Saxon cemetery and part of the Kent Archaeological Society Collection held at Maidstone Museums.
Hunting motifs such as this one are a common site throughout the Roman Empire!

We have this lovely paw print in our Romano-British villa excavation at Trosley which we believe may be a badger paw print!
Its one of a number of paw prints and signature marks we have in the CBM assemblage, with more information to come in due course!
