So many other people walking their dogs, running or cycling on the dog walk today which meant lots of picking up Ellie. And the “oh I’ve trained that fear out of my dog” man can go do one. You’ve no idea about my dog and sneering doesn’t make you right.

Good morning. Grey skies with the tea today and another night of scattered sleep. On the plus side I’ve a nice day ahead and no need to spring out of bed just yet.

I hope so, it’s been a rough few weeks on the sleep front.

Was a perfect kind of a lazy afternoon.

Currently snuggled under a blanket dozing on and off. Perfect.

And now we’re home. Fantastic service from the Melton Mowbray Community Hospital. Mum’s eye zapped very efficiently.

We’re the only people in the waiting room and we are so early even the doctor hasn’t arrived yet ☺️

I completely agree. Will depend how long it takes at the hospital (hopefully not too long) as to how soon I can get that nap 😴

Good morning. Cloudy skies as I drink my tea today. The house is emptying of adults and children as I get going and then I’m off to a hospital appointment with my Mum. After another poor night of sleep there might be a nap this afternoon.

Fancied some comfort food so had bananas and custard which took me back to a time when life seemed happier and simpler.

She certainly thinks she is 😂

Good morning. The wind and heavy rain of yesterday seem to have abated and the skies are blue. Tea is happening and I’ve nowhere to be for a while, which is bliss.

In a sure sign of ageing I've been trying to sort out creating a new payee on my mum's bank account using a card reader. I've not had to do this before. I made it into the most complicated task in the world. It isn't. It's just me.

I think lots of PRs will be off tomorrow because of the weather. Our course has areas of trees, not aware of any warnings as yet but we’ll see what tomorrow brings. Parts of the course are always windy so it’ll be hard going tomorrow in any case. Will you be a tourist instead?

Good morning, after a long night awake I’ve got things to do today. The tea is flowing, the rain is raining and I’m girding my loins.

4th BT OpenReach visit today to try and solve the issue of installing fibre broadband. Each one, with the exception of the first, has claimed to know how to resolve it. I’m not holding my breath anymore.
