At work on Friday 13th, but at least a weekend beckons.
Results for the first month of food tracking (much more protein!) / fasting / better exercise. 3.3 kg lost on the daily weigh-in, -2.4 on the EMA (moving average) so I'm rather pleased that I can go to GC and be slutty with more energy than before. Also, an inch around the waist has disappeared.
How can you possibly improve on perfection?
Went last year, loved it, and now Graham wants to see it too. Might be a trip in the summer.
