Everything is in a state of flux, including ourselves. Peace is to be found in the knowledge we are constantly changing at the cellular level.

Thank you. I’m trying to navigate away from Meta, but I’ve got a large following on instagram so that is a bit tricky! Really don’t like Meta and what they stand for (and this is prior to Zuckerberg cosying up to Trump).

Have fun with it! The other thing I used to do was paint the leftover paint onto papers and then use this for collaging.

At the end of my painting sessions each day, I paint on small 12x16” panels. A fun way to use up my paint and create some abstract landscapes.
Also a pic of works currently on my easels. Very close to getting a few works done for my show at the end of the year.
