Compassion takes many forms. It can look like loving and supporting others, taking care of yourself, asking for support, or advocating for yourself and others. Check in with yourself and what your values guide you toward and what you need right now.

A lot of people are stuck in the frozen state of what the f*ck and not knowing what to do or even how to talk about it.
If you are in that state, be kind to yourself. Lean into your communities, your values, and whatever gives you strength. This is a real good time for some fierce self-compassion.
