Star-Gazer’s Spire Extended

I enjoyed my original version so I decided to give it a sort of extended edition, increasing the size of the celestial bodies, showing more of the tower’s island, and hopefully doubling the level of whimsy the piece has. I’ve added a Sunrise version, which feels comfy 🌜🌞

More like a ruff decade. But I'm grateful to be alive, to have someone I love who loves me back (flaws and quirks included), and to be able to find and express myself (even if I turned out to be such an odd critter). I'm still excited about what's next.

A few weeks after the plastic bag ban in NY State kicked in, I asked a cashier at the local grocery store how people were handling it.

"Everybody complained the first two days and by the third day everyone was bringing their reusable bags and no one's complained since."

As a biologist, It really is a great analogy. Also trees. It's like saying, "There are trees and grass, you have to be one or the other." Ok... where is the line that defines "is a tree?" what about bush-like grasses? Palm trees? NON-tree palms? What about horsetails and their tree-like ancestors?
