I'm reading Joshua Schimel's "Writing Science: How to write papers that get cited and proposals that get funded". I came across this quote today and felt it speak right to my soul.
As a chronic perfectionist, I always feel the weight of not knowing enough & being right all the time. Wow.

Does anyone know of small scale scholarships that are currently open right now? Looking for ways to get some extra funds for my work. For reference, I'm a biology graduate student at the University of Saskatchewan studying mallard duck ecology!

Less than 24 hours to go before my PhD qualifying exam...this will decide whether or not the University will allow me to roll up to a PhD from a Master's. Feeling nervous but also excited for some good conversation with my committee.

I HATE the synching between OneDrive and my Mac. Today I just lost 5 days of proposal edits I think due to OneDrive being confused. So frustrated right now. Telling myself it'll be better the second time around.
