I do love that they started to include more quiet moments in the game since shb's innroom scenes I think they elevate everything a lot in ways I think "hero" stories tend to miss. I hope they continue to showcase the scions being friends n everyone just being People as well as wols or leaders ect

Ive always not been a huge fan of stories that bank their plot or ideas on the opinion that their audience cares about a character just bc theyre popular. Its a very cheap way to try to get the audience engaged and you risk dividing ur audience more than just Trying to tell a new story on its own

Since the unsundered ascians are gone, and haurchefants death hasnt been brought back a ton im hoping theyre learning....

"Who LIKES their wol and DOESNT care about azem?" Me. And i can tell you its 100% made the story less enjoyable everytime it happens. I reallly dont care if its mentioned every so often or comes back every so often but its Really tiring when its all the time

This also impacts things like haurchefant's death, or zenos. When you repeatedly bring back or base something on a character moee than once you risk disconnecting a huge part of the audience that simply does not care or has lost the impact of said character/death Due to it's repeated use

I think one of the things i hope they dont do is continuously bring things back or tie things to azem. Its simply a bad narrative choice, you cab expect a player to be attached to their character, but azem is a seperate entity and if your player doesnt care abt azem it creates a huge disconnect
