He came upto Newcastle last week and it didn't take the mob long to find out where he was. They had to shutter the bar-restaurant he was using for his so-called fundraising. I just feel sorry for the owner and staff for the grief they got.

Massage was good but not what I expected. A full back/leg massage with reflexology on my feet. I suppose it was her (as an aromatherapist) way of addressing the problem? Physio next week and I know that'll be more topical. Expecting hand and arm massage with some acupuncture 😬

Did you manage to get on/off without getting wet? How did you find the soundbath? I know we mentioned it a while ago with @thetiniestvole.bsky.social. I found the last one I did quite uncomfortable.

A new 45 min yoga class this morning, the equivalent of a tin of Campbell's Condensed Soup on a yoga mat. Not much lingering between poses to fit it all in 🧘‍♂️

And obviously before it all kicked off. A bodybuilder pumped full of steroids with a chainsaw, a formidable figure indeed, but very polite and a knowledgeable tree surgeon. Always a good conversation starter that one!

We're in a similar situation as our house is 35 years old. And talking of gardeners with chainsaws Raoul Moat used to do some gardening for us 😟
