Fun detail you may or may not have noticed from Unearth's demo - certain sounds will exhibit the Doppler effect as their parent object moves toward and away from the player! I implemented this following a generalized guide made by cool YouTuber Scruffy

Honestly, wearing multiple hats can really drain one's energy and that's understandable. On one hand there's a lot to do, on the other the funny blorbo is moving on the screen! Isn't that just NEAT?
Stopping to smell the roses is a valid way to go about things. As indie we're all in this together!
I do a lot of animated stuff for Figura-compatible 3D and general #pixelart 2D. Looking to start doing a tiny few of these in coming months
Examples that are animated are always animated in some way shape or form due to the content you'd expect from them (like normal map lighting or full rigging).

Okay, WOW! These are GREAT! The detail on March with the reflections being slightly distorted including the name is REALLY good attention to detail!
It's a small thing to notice, sure but I love seeing art go that extra mile for a bit of detail most would see as "Yeah duh" ya know?
Now that it's #planner season, I can share that I did 12 game mockups for this year's #pixelart themed Voight Planner!
It's very gamified and packed full of cute artwork and features. There's even a digital version!

This year I locked in and have been trying to improve my overall craft. This year me and @natanmaia95.bsky.social combined forces to create, Project: Robot! An interesting concept that turned out pretty well with gameplay getting 7th place!
Overall? This year has been good!

I haven't played this game ever since my disc stopped working 15 years ago. It's BETTER than I remember. Now that doesn't happen too often. I haven't stopped smiling.
