Our ClimaMeter study on #Texasfloods devastating #CampMystic at night, when people were most vulnerable, shows the deadly cost of underestimating the climate shift. Above all, we must reduce greenhouse gas emissions to limit future risks and rethink early warning systems & land-use planning.
