A two panel comic based on Pathologic 3 Quarantine. Daniil is talking to Serafima and Platon. In the first panel Serafima says "You don't have a wife. Given the way you live, you never will.". In the 2nd panel Daniil responds by saying "I'm married to my work. Our relationship is loving, mutually fulfilling and unclouded by rivalry.". The text is covered up by a thought bubble from both Serafima and Platon with a rainbow in it.

He's looking incredulously at the Polyhedron, an impossible tower which is made of rattan in this version. The tower is visible from the windows' reflection. An illustration of Artemy Burakh from Pathologic, but in an alternate universe set in a fictional Indonesian setting. He's a mixed Indonesian man of Javanese-Torajan descent, though kind of undecided. He just came out of a train carriage and was attacked by a group of townspeople, who now lie on the ground defeated. An illustration of Clara from Pathologic, but in an alternate universe set in a fictional Indonesian setting. She's an Indonesian teenage girl of unknown descent. She's wearing a hijab and kemben, a traditional torso wrap and outfit for women common in Java. She's lying in a fetal position on a field grass, beneath a large banyan tree, a graveyard surrounding her. A girl and older woman are approaching, about to check on her. They're implied to be Grace and Katarina, other characters from Pathologic. The illustration is largely monochromatic with earthy colours, except for her clothes which are a more striking warm pink, warm green, and brown. An illustration of Peter and Andrey Stamatin from Pathologic, but in an alternate universe set in a fictional Indonesian town. They are a pair of Chinese-Indonesian adult twins. Peter is a melancholic and dishevelled man in loose home clothes and a tie-dye batik fabric over his shoulders. Andrey is a louder man, with buzzcut, unbuttoned tie-dye shirt which shows his scarred torso, necklaces, and loose pants. They're in their house, full of scattered sketches, rattan furniture, empty birdcages, and artworks, finished or otherwise. Deep in the corner of the room Peter is seated, painting, head hung low. Near the door, Andrey looks at him worriedly. The overall scene feels cozy and warm, yet suffocating.
