Seems kind of maybe-not-the-greenest but they do seem to offer several plans for less than Pepco's standard offer service and they claim not to be introductory rates.

Has anyone had a good experience with any of the current Pepco alternative electricity suppliers?
This pie chart is from the semiannual disclosure statement of Cleansky Energy's* "100% Renewable" plans. I guess they throw in enough carbon offsets to buy down the emissions?
