I've done that four times, for different reasons than the interviewees. It's honestly the most stressful thing I've ever done. And one of those times was during covid, so I still have a whole life in storage in the US bc we were only moving temporarily...that was 3 years ago 🫠🙃🫣

Pronoia is a concept I'm internalizing for sure as a way to add bounce to my step so to speak. Pronoia is the opposite of paranoia. I learned it last night listening to poet Kaveh Akbar talk about his work, language, looking at things for an awkwardly long time and the damage of habituation.
