Tomila is in charge of population control of the areas spanning across Howlin' Mountain. She and her siblings seem to enjoy their work a bit too much, especially when it comes to culling the infamously aggressive mountain wolves. She butts heads with Charlotte often as a result.

One of the more famous regulars at the Howlin' Mountain lodge resort is Susi, vocalist and songwriter for the up-and-coming band Throat Maul. The cold climate of the area helps inspire her lyrics, but it does little for her frigid demeanor whenever clingy fans are involved.
