先週の金曜日、11/15に上部消化管内視鏡検査 及び 下部消化管内視鏡検査 を受けてきました。1年に1回の定期検査です。

胃は、「慢性胃炎」と「びらん性胃炎」の症状があり、また「ビルリビン」が逆流してるが確認できました。

下部はS状結腸 及び 上行結腸にポリープがありました。

前回ポリープが鋸歯状病変(Serrated Sesions Lesions: SSL, SSA/P)で最悪癌化するとのことでした。

大腸CFの朝は、「サルプレップ」を飲まされたのですが、美味しくなかったですw

病理検体の結果が出るのが2週間後なので、再度受診しないといけません。

【ご報告】

つい先日、親しくしていただいていた友人が、急死しました。

突然の出来事で、心の整理が追いつかない状況です。
人の死と直面すると精神が摩耗しますが、医学の道に進む自分は、今のうちに心の整理をつけられるようにしないといけないのかもしれない。

友人の死を弔うため、電報で弔電を送りました。

友人のご家族が落ち着いたら、お線香をあげさせていただく許可を取れましたので、行ってまいります。

撮り急ぎのご報告でした。

先ほど、退院いたしました。

今日が退院日で、それなのに朝っぱらから退院前検査と称して、動脈血ガスのため、Aラインとられていした。

文明の力を失い、殆どICU病棟だったため、何もできずw

お騒がせいたしました。

僕はうつ系と発達障害(ADHD/ASD)、限局性学習障害(音読み・読解)ですね。

うつ系以外は精神病というより、先天的なものだと思ってます。

福祉手帳は自分、
精神障害者保健福祉手帳: 2級
身体　　障害者　　手帳: 1級(1種)

ですね。

I gotta go Hospital Today.

My primary doctor makes a medical examines on every week Friday PM.

On average, three people undergo surgery on 09:30 - 14:30.

How to sleep well…

Today is Japanese National Foundation Day.

But I gotta to go to the hospital today, coz last week, I forgot to go to the hospital.

i will go to Tsuruma, Yamato-Shi in Kanagawa Prefecture.

Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) was high point a month before, HbA1c is average of every month.
