My time zone is CST. I work with a Community College System that is headquartered in PST time zone. We all have to work 8am-5pm PST. I work 10am-7pm CST to match those hours.

I can see how missing three hours with your team doesn’t give you a chance to collaborate on your coding tasks.

You start at 9am PST and it is noon for the East Coast folks? Then you get into the coding groove around 1 or 2pm PST and East Coast goes home for the day? Is that what is happening?

Didn’t the manufacturing jobs after World War II pay a lot because the rest of the world was destroyed? The USA was the only game in town. It took many years for the rest of the world to catch up. And here we are.

A Trump boom 💥 alright. Nothing but destruction.
Destroying economic value. Destroying the lives of many folks by firing them from jobs. Destroying the freedom of folks by denying them due process.
Destroying U.S. leadership in the world.
Destroying alliances.
Disgusting!

This is why they do whatever they want. There are no consequences.
