Damage is done though. Prices have gone up regardless and they are not going to come down.

Finally have this new #Mac setup. Going from a #M1 Max 64GB RAM to a #M4 Max 128 GB RAM. For most tasks, I am not seeing difference between my M1 and M4 but the M4 is significantly faster when running inference.

10 min left transferring data to this new Mac.

Working late while listening to music. I have not done this in a long time.

New office setup.

Having to clean my office for the new setup coming in tomorrow. Going from an ultra wide and a tablet to 3 27” monitors and a tablet.

Ordering new screens today. 3x 27” screens to replace my older ultra wide.

2025 looks disappointing for U.S. #phones. #Apple and #Samsung are going thinner, while #Chinese brands offer the same thickness as current models but double the battery life. I’d rather have more battery than a thin phone I’ll just cover with a case anyway.

When I am alone in the car, I like to ask #AI (OpenAI Voice) questions. Usually, it ends in me getting in an argument with it. Today's argument was over how it is not neutral, even though it states that it is, and can not give a neutral stance when talking about certain people.

Yes! As someone who works with AI a lot and more realistic about it, it’s not as great as the marketing makes it out to be. It’s good for simple things but once something gets more complex or detailed oriented, AI falls apart.
