That said, I think the dub is kind of weak in the first half, and maybe like half of the roles don't feel like they fit well. But that wasn't an issue in the 2nd half at all. The epicness and the emotions absolutely blew me away toward the end 😩

Oh lastly... It used less than half the budget of Inside Out 2 ($80m vs $200m), but based on the quality of these movies you'd expect to be the other way around :^)

Not a shot at IO2 at all, twas a fantastic film and I loved it as well! Just shows how much above and beyond Ne Zha 2 went, omlllll

...I just wish I knew more Chinese so I could focus more on the visuals and less on the subtitles LOL. I audibly understood probably only like 2% of the whole thing (I'm Chinese myself, if the bias for this movie isn't clear lol) but that 2% let me appreciate the animation so much more looool

This might be my favorite movie of all time oml

Absolutely beautiful visuals, fantastic writing and pacing, an emotional rollercoaster, and simply such a cool movie with how closely it ties to Chinese mythology

Since the game's 1-year anniversary was just a few days ago (feels weird since to me it just came out this year lol), I figured now would be a good time to share these photos

The haul for the day, pretty subpar given I looked up what others got and they were averaging ~45 shinies lol, and I already had half of these before the event. I also didn't get any shiny legendaries until the last half hour... after 50+ raids 😭 But the Kyurem is a 94%, I'll take it!!!

It was actually so crazy LOL but the perfect amount of craziness. Imagine it'll be 10000x busier on the weekend
