Right now the final #COP30 Plenary is starting here in Belém. A good one hour later than announced and four hours latter than initially planned when we got up this morning.

Arab countries group will veto a document with a fossil phase out plan, Europe and others will veto a document without such a plan. What should the Brazilian presidency do? 1/3
