I actually can’t stop listening to Now and Then. It’s really got at my melancholy heart. Hate the Peter Jackson video though!

In a bold and not at all surprising move….I want to watch Killers of the Flower Moon again.

The anger I feel at my own chest and its inane coughing and spluttering for denying me a viewing of Killers of the Flower Moon thus far this weekend is…. minimal! But it’s definitely there!

Reminds me of Berlin, actually

One of the things I like about Manchester is that a lot of the rough edges haven’t been erased by gentrification. That and the swagger

I think it’s the only appeal, other than seeing once prominent action stars wheezing around the cinema screen once again, ha.

It’s supposed to be absolutely awful too. Some reviews have described the visual effects as “mobile game” worthy. Which is half the appeal for me. Will I brave it? Who knows!

Not had a film shred my heart in a few weeks, probably since Past Lives, but Tokyo Story has officially done that and more. An incredible film. Feel embarrassed for not having watched it before now.

With the non box office success of Expend4bles surely #TheMovies™️ are back for good!

The further north I get in this country the more at home I feel. Maybe if I reach the northern tip of Scotland, to quote Bill Murray in Caddyshack, I’ll achieve total consciousness.
