I, too, would like to love on more precedented times.
Years ago, I was driving a Subaru-which I loved. Then my husband wanted a Tesla. I wanted electric, but wanted to wait until I could get it with Subaru. I was out voted and now I’m underwater and am driving a swasticar. My husband hates FElon, too, now. But, here we are.
So, now the French are a threat? When I was in the military, people made them the butt of every joke as being weak (I didn’t believe it to be so nor join in which led to some uncomfortable situations).

He should talk to my Nextdoor neighbor who had just a few weeks left of her probation-she’s fired. Her husband is also on probation as a nurse in the VA….so this has a potential to be a big issue for just one household. Of course, they both voted for this, though.
