Got roped into playing a 2v2 match of Washizu mahjong with Steve, Gust, and Gust's right hand man Alan.
Steve claims it would be a good team building exercise for tomorrow's battle.
Myself and Steve lost massively against those two, and Gust gave us this advice:"Mates, never aim to win a hand.

When Steve first entered the doorway to the Egg Leaf, he of course only did it out of a drunken curiosity, and he cared little about Tim trying to convince him to head back to the office.
And when he finally entered into this world, he was quite disappointed by how plain the place looked.

Steve finally apologised for the incident that led to us being stuck in the Egg Leaf.
I was surprised to see him admit fault for it. But I was more surprised by the reason why he did what he did.

Meg here, with an update on the Cheese Leaf's Crescent Moon Beast's backstroke (just kidding, his swimming style is doggy paddling).
Him and Captain Bone's ship have now reached the Vador Empire's coast. And for now anyway, he isn't going straight towards his next target.

What else is becoming clearer is who the Chain Fox was. He does indeed seem to be my Cheese Leaf's counterpart, and it seems he spent his life travelling with another being, who he seems to have been in love with. Although, I have no idea who.
Tim also didn't know anything about the Chain Fox.

Part of the training for me personally was getting used to the additional vial in my Will Weapon.
I seem to be able to switch between the memories of the Chain Gunslinger and Chain Fox fairly easily. And the advantages of the Chain Fox's skills are becoming clearer. Fast close range combat.

One, the Romantic Strings and the Poly Pack will commence their joint attack to take back Cherry Blossom park this Tuesday.
Two, myself and Steve have been training to get ready to join in the fight against the Chain Rogue. Tim won't though due to the especially high risk.

I have a feeling Steve must have done something to piss Meg off.
So, I guess that one advantage of us being stuck in the Egg Leaf is that Steve won't meet an untimely death by Meg's hands. And I'm getting free drinks as a protection offering.
Still, what does Meg not want Steve to say?

For some reason two certain people are acting very strange at the moment.
First there's Steve, who is acting unusually kinder than normal towards me. It's kind of refreshing, but also off putting.
Then, there's Meg, who's been sending me more messages than normal. Checking on how I'm doing.

For me, he said, "Knew it. They practically were living next to your bed during your coma."

He claims it so he knows who we need to search for if the Chain Rogue stab any of us. But, we already know that whoever it is for each of us, we can't currently get to them, since we're still stuck in the Egg Leaf world.

Steve has done something that annoys me. So usual Steve antics.
He decided to use Yoshio's Will Heart, the notebook, to check who loves all of us the most.
I can understand him wanting to know who loves him the most, but both me and Tim should be able to have the privacy of that information.

When the memories finished flooding my mind, I found myself feeling way more agile. Quick on feet, I picked up Tim and avoided all of the Chain Rogue's attacks.
I felt like a dancer as I avoided all of it, and safely got us away.

Roaming with another on a long journey.
"I'll always protect you," a warm voice said.
These were not the Chain Gunslinger's memory, but another counterpart.
"So, Chain Fox, let's do it!"

Didn't have a plan. The skills that the Gunslinger's memory gives are more for fighting than running. But I still thought it might work, so I shot my syringe gun into myself, and got ready to fight.

In any case, myself and Tim were in trouble, especially if either of us got stabbed by the Chain Rogue's Will Heart. So, we ran as fast as we could, but that was still not enough.
The Chain Rogue was a fast chaser, especially due to them wearing roller blades.

Myself and Tim had a run in with the Chain Rogue. They attempted a surprise attack on the two of us, claiming they would, "Do anything to make Shiori happy."
It was weird to personally look at this counterpart in person for the first time. They looked just like a younger version of myself.

But the third problem... 😨 my dad (the one who died but came back as bread 🍞) is missing.
