An extremely harmful (thankfully non canon) reed self diagnosis Vs a fan edited version that is respectful to autistic people
Representation is so lacking, especially good representation and especially in the comics industry. So an official in universe confirmation of Reed being having ASD would mean the absolute world to people like me who just want to see Autism portrayed better especially in current times.
