Chase Harpole

Nathan's Motorcoach sample is the Ohio All The Time sample. It is made using all central Ohio yarn I had in stash. The neutral is even the yarn I used in my sample for Forty Love!

Motorcoach works so well as a fading project and I loved seeing this yarn combine into something new

Test knit call for my next pattern, Earthbound!

This is knit using a sport-weight gauge. It features 40 unique sizes. The test knit is roughly 13 weeks and the pattern will release February 18, 2026.

I tried to play a game about a cute mouse knitting sweaters but ended up fighting Godzilla-sized spiders, freezing to death because I couldn't find my way home, and forming a mutual aid network with a menagerie of aging woodland creatures

Me too! I love the way the stitch pattern breaks up both colors and makes it look unified!

This pattern draws its name from this sample because I think it looks like charter bus upholstery

It is knit using the "Drunken Garter" instructions to create a unique fabric that breaks up variegation!

Motorcoach allows you to truly play with your yarn. Unbound from needing to work with a certain needle size or yarn weight you can focus on creating some really wild fabrics and yarn combinations!
