Make the most. There is an increasing confidence of a return to cold weather again after next weekend. Keeping an eye to see whether it develops.

The drop in pressure in #reigate as #storm #goretti passed through the area overnight.

We had some wet #snow/sleet before daylight but that has all but gone now.

Yeah, might be a good idea. Definitely no certainty though! 🤣

Some of the forecasting models are predicting #uksnow for #reigate late Thursday or early Friday.

It's all linked with storm #goretti and whether the low tracks across the UK or northern France.

In forecasting terms it's a long way off and forecasting #snow is even harder!

Christmas 2025 in Reigate was on the cold side with below average temperatures. It was dry and sunny which made it look pleasant from inside but the cold easterly wind made it feel a lot colder if you ventured out.

As you can see, 2025 is currently set to be the warmest year since 2009 and there is a general upward trend. #climate

The bad news is that the #sunrise time continues to get later and doesn't start heading in the right direction until 3rd January!!
