Gun-lobby backed Rep. Moore just claimed in a House Judiciary hearing that Democrats want to defund the police.

Moore is a cosponsor of a bill to not just defund but abolish the ATF—the federal law enforcement agency responsible for enforcing gun laws and solving gun crimes. Make it make sense.
