NYT: In an interview on Fox News, Trump said that Maduro wanted to negotiate in the final days before U.S. forces captured him but the American president said he rejected that offer. “I didn’t want to negotiate,” he said. “I said, ‘Nope, we got to do it.’”

Trump says Maduro wanted to negotiate but Trump refused. This is a war of conquest. A smash-and-grab for oil.

People are going to try and lure you into debates about whether Maduro was a good guy or not and the thing is, it doesn’t matter for the purposes of discussing whether violent kidnappings and extrajudicial murders by the US government are ok. No, they aren’t! End of convo.

Trump just bombed populated areas in Venezuela & abducted the president and his wife. Just as Bush/Cheney in Iraq it's about oil. Trump classified Fentanyl a WMD weeks ago, something Venezuela does not traffic, as a pretext to attack. The GOP is forever the party of forever wars.

Poco a poco restablezco mi relación con los meseros de La selva taurina de Ezequiel Montes. Anoche me sugirieron los taquitos surtidos antes de mencionar el caldo de camarón. Cuando antes de la segunda cerveza me ofrezcan el chamorro, habré recuperado mi estatus de comensal distinguido.

Sí, además el acento azoriano es súper interesante; lo malo es que se les van las patas, sobre todo con el tío pocho que usa inglés de la manera más ridícula posible. Perdón por mosquearte la serie!

La primera temporada me pareció entretenida e incluso educativa (no sabía mucho de las Azores), pero la segunda me resultó tan mal escrita / actuada que no aguanté más de cinco minutos del primer episodio.
