Ibrexafungerp there is a manufacturing issue and it's not yet licensed in the UK. Fosmanogepix still in phase 2 and 3 trials and not licensed so need to apply for compassionate use off trial.
The answer is no.
Ibrexafungerp and fosmanogepix are oral and anti candida and look promising.
But readily available they are not.
Ibrexa not at all and fosmanogepix with great difficulty
Do you know what have NEVER undergone randomised placebo controlled trials?
All those supplements they try and sell you online
