In an early Transformers ep in 1984, the Decepticons attacked an oil rig. I saw the episode 12 years ago. With that line, I thought of Thundercracker playing bagpipes. I drew it then, and it's one of my favorite drawings that I've ever done. I'm no great artist, but I re-drew it to make a meme. 😊

I saw a brick just laying on the ground at work, and my brain went "Brick: the voice of the people." So I drew this. 😊

It occurred to me last night while transposing songs in my head that my mood is often represented by the song that's playing. The quieter the song, the more overwhelmed I am.

I saw a version of the Bible at work that was called the "Jesus is everywhere Bible."

So my brain took that and came up with a jump-scare thriller where Jesus is there every time you turn around. I totally wanna see that movie. Does anyone know Mel Gibson?

I was just walking through the woods when an obliging troll, and friendly brown bear took it upon themselves to help me level up my blocking stat. Such kindness is rarely seen in everyday life. 🥰

I legitimately enjoy hard work, but I've come to realize that not everyone has the capacity or desire to do the things I can. That doesn't bother me, and it's odd to me that it bothers anyone else. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. Why waste your energy being judgemental?

I think the thing that bugs me most about Elder Scrolls: Oblivion is that you can't talk to the animals. Everything just starts attacking you, and there's nothing you can do to pacify them.

I had a minor disagreement over the idea of self-control. I have an exceptionally high sense of self-efficacy and live to challenge myself. One isn't likely to get far arguing that I can't do something. Even if I can't, I'll try anyone. There is nothing to be gained from giving up before starting. 🤷‍♀️

I decided to try to draw an elephant, and rhinoceros from memory with a #2 pencil. I'm overall happy with the attempt, but I realize now that I straight up fucking forgot to give the rhinoceros ears. 😅

A freehand sketch I did based on a photo of a seaside scene at night. I assume it's a lighthouse area The light is facing the building, but it was dark out. It was a fun exercise in shading, which I'm not very good at. 😅 My boyfriend has been trying to teach me proper shading. His art is amazing. 🥰

I made a cloak/cape to go with my outfits. I'm not sure yet if I want to add a hood to it. I want to make a broach for it also, I think. It may be a bit shiny for my look, but idk. Just wanted to share.

I retouched my own hair for the first time. I think it came out pretty well, all things considered. I'm definitely going to use gloves next time, though. The bleach made my fingers angry. 😅 At least it worked on my eyebrows this time. 🥰

I read an article the other day where people were mocking someone for getting plastic surgery, and that's so ridiculous to me. The way I see it, the human body is a machine that represents "you," so why shouldn't you customize the hell out of it? It's not like we have any control over how we're born

One of my co-workers told me last night that he liked working with me because everything gets done when I'm in charge. I appreciated the compliment but it almost makes me laugh. Pretty much the only thing preventing me from doing everything is that I have the unfortunate condition of being human.

My divine boyfriend James, the Daedalus of the culinary world, made what is perhaps the most delicious milkshake ever conceived! It consists of vanilla bean ice cream with caramel, Biscoff crumbles, cookie butter, and coolwhip. 😋

Out of Milk is one of my favorite apps. It's so organized, and makes shopping much easier. Plus, I get the joy of deleting each item as I check it off. 🥰

They're going to be dismantling the Harbor Bridge soon. We have a long love/hate relationship. I used to have nightmares of it as a child. I was afraid of heights and would dream it kept getting smaller the higher it climbed until you fell off. I'll have to visit as much as I can until it closes.

The idea that children need to leave by 18 and have their own house is capitalistic nonsense. That's probably part of why the trope of constant fighting with your family exists. If they showed supportive families, it would be harder to sell the idea that not having your own house is a bad thing. 🤔
