And also in terms of storage, good quality olive oil, butter and ghee comes in metal containers, glass bottles and paper wrapping as opposed to seed oils. Sustainability wise it just makes sense

Honestly I get freaked out bc once you’re used to cooking with olive oil, butter and ghee the texture of seed oil gives melted Vaseline
