Anyway, I was fascinated to learn about Indian chops, which I’d never heard of but seem kinda similar to cutlets (also, they look delicious and I want to try one)

Yeah, I wasn’t 100% sure about the purported origin, but man, what a fascinating story however you slice it

(I told him the same thing I tell him every time he asks: that everyone makes sense of the universe in different ways and that I’m a believer in the Pope Francis maxim that God speaks in many different languages, so there is no one true path and we all have to muddle through as best we can)
