There is something a little melodramatic about stretching like a marathon runner at the airport terminal in advance of a 90 minute flight. But I'll feel better at the other end for it....

I filled in my office hockey pool picks today - so I chose from the Canadian teams (except the one set that only had US teams listed (so I picked someone playing for Colorado)).

And so I continue to grumble about age, weight, the poor fit of the clothes in my house AND why I should not actually have to buy new ones. I have enough energy to grumble, none left to exercise.

It's never really spring until the cherry blossoms are out. Also it took way too long to find a spot and angle that didn't photobomb someone else.

Ditching my (adult) child at the airport for his trip overseas. He's through security & now it's just a waiting game for the boarding call. Am I excited for him? Very (and only slightly jealous). Will I be happier when he reaches the hotel at the other end? SO much.
