Had a dream last night that featured the idea of Paul Revere who is obsessed with the number 3 because 1 or 2 would mean the British are coming. Dream had him at a poker table with his chips in stacks of three.

I think the concept of three-o-phile Paul Revere is the funniest thought I’ve ever had.

My biggest growth arc in 2025 has been learning to be okay with being a person who drinks black decaf coffee.

Just asked Carmen if she thought the sleep token song Caramel would be better if it was called Bechamel and she nearly crashed the car from laughing so hard :(

Saying “in the parlance of the youth” to refer to internet lingo I don’t know is one of the funniest things I do on a regular basis, but no one seems to agree with me.

In her defense, it was a really great tweet. In my defense, I am reclusive and anti-fun by nature.

Made the wife a latte, myself an americano, and brought up coffee hour with a couple of cookies for us to enjoy in bed.

20 minutes later, I squandered all that good will after she showed me her tweet, I said it was great, she asked if I rtd it, and I said “I would never”

Buying a mattress. Talking to salesperson, signing things, nodding knowingly at return policies and delivery dates, etc.

Meanwhile, Carmen is attempting to unhook the zipper of my jacket from my wallet, which I somehow got hooked together.

I wish I had thought to take the jacket off.
