Meanwhile, you can't plan any united front strategy (which I imagine is your main concern on infighting) when your end goals aren't even remotely the same. One group may want to advocate expropriation without compensation; the other wants nicer HR managers for capital.

I'm not sure if that's true. The bottom line is, these people don't want socialism but are calling themselves socialists. Meanwhile actual socialists on the ground have to contend with this theoretical confusion.

I mean these distinctions are very big and very important. It's the difference between a genuine anti-capitalist project and what is essentially FDR liberalism with "socialist" tinges.
