Let's talk about foreskin restoration! I make sure to mention it whenever I can because it's something that so many people want, without knowing that it's an option. In short, it's exactly what it sounds like: regrowing the foreskin, via encouraging accelerated skin growth through consistent, maintained tension.

It's the same bodily mechanism as ball stretching, or ear gauges, or other such things. All the nerves along the head are still present, but deadened due to keratinization of the sensitive skin through constant exposure... ...which means, once coverage is achieved, no matter how partial or infrequent, all those nerves begin to "wake up" and come back in force, along with the extra sensation of the new foreskin able to glide across & keep everything properly slick, moist, and healthy.
