😎 It was "assisted" in this by a joint operation of SBU and Ukrainian Navy, which took place last Thursday.

This is already the fourth strike on the Novoshakhtinsk Refinery during the war, and the third in 2024. The last one occurred in June.

According to Reuters, as of mid-November, the Novoshakhtinsk Refinery was operating at half its capacity.
