totally understand, I have pots/eds so the same thing can get old after awhile! i also forgot to put soups, I personally like chicken & chicken tortilla w/ hot sauce. spicy stuff somehow counteracts my nausea lol & pho is also amazing! electrolytes have made a huge difference too! hope this helps 💕

i treat it like i have a flu cause i personally get super nauseous & do the brat diet i think its called? bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. squeeze yogurt tubes are great too, & ginger ale/sprite! those are the easiest things for me 2 get down/don’t require a ton of effort when i feel super bleh 💛
