Wow. That's a pretty damning assessment. Don't think I'll be reading it.

Excellent analysis of the cancellation of Chris Hedges.

Ironically, confirms just how much the #NPC and its members need to hear from Hedges on "journalistic ethics and accountability". #auspol

Our own sycophant to all things US, deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles "meets" two of the biggest sycophants to Trump for a jolly backslapping moment.

Trump turns to water after meeting Putin again. What happened to the hard hitting sanctions on Russia and Putin? Now he's using the same rhetoric as Russians to criticise Zelensky. Utter capitulation and truly embarrassing.

I guess if you can't beat them, then you just have to mimic and join them by hiring all of their "talent". What is left of the ABC as we once knew it?

I came to Nick Drake after hearing River Man in a small independent movie a few years ago (I've forgotten its name) but the song blew me away. Obviously I didn't know anything about the song or the artist, looking through the listing of the movie soundtrack.

The attack on Australia’s net zero target is reckless and gutless. Voters expect more than β€˜intergenerational bastardry’ | Zoe Daniel While Barnaby Joyce and Michael McCormack try to ditch the 43% net zero 2030 emissions target, Australia’s net zero target for 2035 has not yet been set

Failing to move on climate is, as Ken Henry has said, an act of intergenerational bastardry.

The LNP’s squabbling about net zero reflects their policy poverty and irrelevance.

Very odd to me the ABC has an entire podcast devoted to foreign affairs, hosted by two of its most prominent staff, that has not done a single episode on Gaza this year. Only reference was on the most recent episode, in the context of Trump visiting Saudi Arabia. www.abc.net.au/listen/progr...
