I am at 162lbs and have lost (in total) 118lbs. I plateau-ed at 225lbs for a couple years. Now I'm only 22lbs from my goal. I said I wanted to get down to 115lbs but my therapist reminded me of middle-age body changes. So the goal is +/-140lbs. Almost there. Worked hard to get here.
