nah, millennial here and that stuff has always weirded me out. not even just fanfic but any sort of parasociality in general, online music fandoms are THE WORST for this and i can't even spend too much time looking at certain band subreddits without starting to feel icky by association. bad bad bad

I thought the message was too human to let it be diluted + overshadowed by typical online whataboutisms and wanted to redo + reclaim it with more touches of the furry fandom, esp being a furry myself. It's love. For some, the love of your life is in the corner of a boring furcon panel room -- even if they don't have the same "interests," it's care that bridges the gap.

Cosmic the goat (He/They) floats through a strange, endless void. He is surrounded by displays which cast an array of television test and interstitial screens, as well as screens with commands ("Relax...", "OBEY"). He is accompanied by a slice of pizza and a dripping can of classic Mountain Dew. As for Cosmic himself, he is dazed and hypnotized by the screens around him.
