Title: Blooming Desiderium The first piece of a Duotycht. A large gargoyle is crouched on a terrace wall overlooking a landscape of prairie and farm fields. The gargoyle crouches with its head down and its arms wrapped around itself in profile. In one huge claws hand it delicately cups a rose, its petals a color somewhere between pale blue and lilac. A snarl of rose bramble grows up the gargoyles back, producing similar blooms.

Forlorn bay windows of leaded glass show no light and lonely chimneys stand crooked and without hearth smoke. Below the house a bramble of roses grows, blooming in a pale color between light blue and lilac. In the sky a moon with a wistful ecpfsssjon looks on.

Look I've been pushing back on the idea that Bezos is intentionally sabotaging the paper but COME ON this is a man who thought he could just take the boobs and dicks off of *Tumblr.*
