if you mean whether they have their own full words, only vi(')- does (vi'er).
if you mean whether these are pulled from another language that functions similarly, nope! it's just something I thought of really. I don't tend to think super deeply

še- is a morpheme that specifies the rest of the word somehow. exactly how it's specified is left ambiguous, but it serves its purpose. as for vi(')-, that one is about popularity and fame. if a city is famous, it's probably well populated
