Went to pick up bees from a removal I did yesterday. Spent about 3 hours looking for the queen, and couldn’t find her. I heard her tooting, and searched and searched. So hopefully she’s in the box because they’re a really nice hive. 😑

I was speaking with an employee at HEB today. He said it was his first day there after transferring from the HEB in Harlingen. He moved up here to go to school at Texas State and didn’t appear to be a rich brat. The kid has a bright future, and it gave me some hope!

Well any one of those generals are orders of magnitude more competent than Trump and co. I hope they’ll hold the line for us. They look like serious people unlike the admin who are just total goofball clowns.

I would love to have a KLX300 someday. They’re awesome and pretty affordable! But until then, I am trying to fix my wife’s old XT250. I love that bike so much. It’s just pure joy in my opinion lol

I had a customer request I take their grandson out with me to work their bees. I was reluctant to do it since my day is insane today, but tried to cheer up and did it anyway. They told me the kid needs some mentors in his life, and I never thought anyone would ever consider me for that.

I feel you. I am one of the lucky ones who actually has an amazing representative in Greg Casar. There are some good ones, they’re just few and far between!

Of course, the strong and powerful aren’t the ones who need support. It’s the weak, small groups who need us to fight for them.

I feel you. I have always tried to explain that my political beliefs are very basic. I just feel everyone should be treated as equally as possible. I’m on the left, and most of the time the democrats are the ones who make the best sense to me, but I wouldn’t necessarily call myself a democrat.

I have a very hard time understanding the right wing. They hate me just because I don’t hate marginalized groups. Hard to unite with these people! D:

That one looks awesome! I think mine is the “Fire Mountain”, which is even cheaper these days. But I like the looks of this one better.
I think my wife’s is called “Mahuna” and she got the smaller version. I might like hers more than the one I got, but I know zero about bicycles ha ha

My wife and I got mountain bikes a few years ago. I hadn’t ridden a bike for maybe 20 years before that, and they felt so smooth as F compared to what I had as a kid. We got Kona bikes. They not too expensive, but not Walmart bikes either. The damn thing feels like it’s gliding.
