I hit the inhaler, did the breathing treatment, had a slice of cheesecake before I laid down. I turned on Enchanted Forests. I don’t even remember the intro. I heard the British lady. Next thing I know I’m waking up from the best sleep I’ve had in 2 weeks.

Proof that the adderall is working: I just answered emails I’ve been dreading answering for a week and a half now. Not even “bad” emails—just the hum drum of a day. Today, it took me less than 30 min to respond to all that I had been putting off. WILD 🦉🦉
