Care doesn’t happen in isolation. It takes coordination between hospitals, primary care, community supports, mental health organizations, and frontline workers.

At the Mid-West Toronto Ontario Health Team, we work behind the scenes to connect care—so patients don’t have to.

Measles often starts with cold-like symptoms: fever, cough, red eyes. The rash only appears 3–5 days later. It spreads easily and can be serious. The best protection? Two doses of the MMR vaccine. It’s safe, free, and available through your doctor.
